摘　　要：目的探究构思-设计-实现-运作(CDIO)模式在消毒供应中心(CSSD)护理管理中的应用效果。方法随机选取48例郑州大学第一附属医院专业医务人员参与评估,对CDIO模式实施前1 a(2019年3月至2020年3月)与CDIO模式实施后1 a(2020年3月至2021年3月)的CSSD的护理工作情况进行评分。实施前按照以往常规管理模式进行护理管理,实施后应用CDIO模式进行护理管理。评估实施前、后CSSD的供应效率以及工作满意度。结果实施后的清洗质量、消毒质量及灭菌质量评分均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后回收及时率、发放及时率及差错率评分均优于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后总满意度(97.92%)高于实施前(62.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CDIO模式在CSSD护理管理中应用效果确切,可提升工作质量、供应效率及满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of conception design implementation operation(CDIO)mode in the nursing management of disinfection supply center.Methods There were 48 medical professionals from the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were randomly selected to participate in the evaluation.The nursing work of central sterile supply department(CSSD)in the year before the implementation of CDIO mode(March 2019 to March 2020)and the year after the implementation of CDIO mode(March 2020 to March 2021)were scored.Before implementation,nursing management was carried out according to the previous conventional management mode,and after implementation,CDIO mode was applied for nursing management.Evaluate the supply efficiency and job satisfaction of CSSD before and after implementation.Results The scores of cleaning quality,disinfection quality and sterilization quality after implementation were significantly higher than those before implementation(P<0.05).The scores of timely recovery rate,timely distribution rate and error rate after implementation were better than those before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction(97.92%)after implementation was higher than that before implementation(62.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CDIO mode is effective in CSSD nursing management,and can improve work quality,supply efficiency and satisfaction.
