基于“六宁六勿六佳”的中药学教学医案选择原则

摘　　要：医案浓缩医家临证精华,有助弥补现有医学教育不足,提升中药学教学育人质量,然其选择原则尚无专论。本文结合实践体会,提出选择中药学教学医案应坚持“六宁六勿六佳”原则,即案例宁浅勿深、典型尤佳,文字宁短勿长、精炼尤佳,药味宁少勿多、单味尤佳,来源宁熟勿疏、名人尤佳,年代宁古勿今、古代尤佳,地域宁近勿远、当地尤佳。Medical-records Concentrates the essence of medical doctor's clinical evidence,and it can help make up for the shortage of existing medical education and improve the quality of teaching and educating people in Chinese materia medica.However,the principles of choice have not been discussed yet.This article is according to practical experience,and proposes that the choices of medical records–based teaching should adhere to the principle of"approving of six points".disapproving of six points and encouraging of other six points.Medical-records is not too deep,and the sample is representative.Medical-records is not too long,and refine core is better.The number of materia medica is not too much,and the single is better.The source of medical records is not too unfamiliar,and the famous is better.The age of medical records is not too new,and the ancient is better.The region of medical records is not too far,and the local is better.
