摘  要:开展创新创业教育是高职院校培养高素质技术技能人才的现实需要。中医药高职院校由于学习任务重、创新创业意识弱、创新创业教育起步晚、中医药行业创新创业氛围不够浓厚等因素导致创新创业活力不足。通过深化思想认识,做好顶层设计;加强指导服务,提供技术支撑;加强师资培训,提升业务水平;优化课程体系,注重思政教育;深化校企合作,搭建实践平台;坚持训赛结合,完善奖励机制,不断激发中医药高职院校大学生创新创业活力。It is the practical need of cultivating technical and skilled talent of high quality to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.The higher vocational colleges of traditional Chinese medicine lack innovation and entrepreneurship vitality due to heavy learning tasks,weak innovation and entrepreneurship awareness,late start of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and insufficient atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship in traditional Chinese medicine industry and other factors.In order to constantly stimulate the innovation and entrepreneurship vitality of students in higher vocational colleges of traditional Chinese medicine,multi-pronged methods could be taken as follows:Deepening ideological understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship education,making a good top-level design;Strengthening guidance services,providing technical support;Improving teacher training and professional level;Optimizing the curriculum system,paying attention to ideological and political education;Promoting school-enterprise cooperation and building practice platforms;combining training and competition,improving the reward mechanism,etc.
