摘  要:目的:探讨新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情期间规范化培训护士焦虑水平及其影响因素,并调查规范化培训护士的临床教学需求。方法:采用一般资料调查问卷、焦虑自评量表、恐惧评分量表对196名规范化培训护士进行问卷调查。采用多元线性回归模型分析规范化培训护士焦虑水平的影响因素,并探索规培护士在疫情期间的教学需求。结果:196名规范化培训护士的焦虑评分为(55.60±6.21),高于国内常模(29.78±0.46)分。对疫情的恐惧程度平均得分为(4.86±1.23),大部分规范化培训护士处于轻度到中度的恐惧水平。多因素分析结果显示,疫情期间轮转的科室,科室提供的防护措施是否充足,是否曾有离职的想法及对疫情的恐惧程度四个因素是规范化护士焦虑评分的影响因素(P<0.05)。对教学需求的调查结果显示,大部分规范化培训护士的理论学习和技能培训需求是新型冠状病毒防控护理理论知识及职业防护技能培训。教学形式大部分学生选择线上点播仿真模拟学习和微课PPT自学;82.65%的学生选择线上理论考核,病例分析与平时临床实践考核相结合的方式。结论:新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情期间规范化培训护士焦虑水平较高,且与疫情期间轮转科室,科室提供的防护措施是否充足,是否曾有离职想法及对疫情的恐惧程度四个因素相关。此阶段规范化培训护士更愿意接受新型冠状病毒疫情防控相关的理论及技能培训,线上的点播教学和线上与线下相结合的考核方式接受度更高。objective To investigate the anxiety level and the clinical teaching needs of standardized training nurses during the epidemic period of novel coronavirus pneumonia Methods:196 standardized training nurses were investigated with general information questionnaire,anxiety self-assessment scale and fear rating scale.The multiple linear regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of anxiety level of standardized training nurses,and to investigate the teaching needs of standardized training nurses during the epidemic period.Results:The anxiety score of 196 standardized training nurses was(55.60±6.21),higher than that of the domestic norm(29.78±0.46).The average score of fear degree of epidemic situation was(4.86±1.23).Most of the standardized training nurses were in a mild to moderate fear level.The results of multi factor analysis showed that four factors were the influencing factors of standardized nurses'anxiety score(P<0.05).The novel coronavirus control and nursing knowledge and occupation protection skills training is required by most of the standardized training nurses.Most of the students choose online on demand online learning and PPT self-study;more than 90%of the students choose online theoretical assessment,case analysis and usual clinical practice assessment.Conclusions:During the period of novel coronavirus infection,the standardized training nurses were in the moderate anxiety level,and were related to the adequacy of the protective measures provided by the rotation departments,whether there was any separation and the fear of the epidemic.Novel coronavirus nurses are more willing to accept the training of theory and skills in the prevention and control of new coronavirus during the epidemic period,and the online mode of on-demand teaching and online and offline assessment is more acceptable.
