摘　　要：On May 19,the seventh lecture in the series"China and the World in the Changing International Relations:China’s Participation in Global Governance"was held at Beijing Foreign Studies University.It was jointly organized by Beiwai College and CNIE.This lecture was also the launching ceremony of the practical course on"NGO Participation in Global Governance"jointly organized by Beiwai College and CNIE.
