摘　　要：基于微信平台的CBL临床教学更加快速、便捷,无时间和地点限制,可以实现及时有效的沟通和交流,有效激发学生自主学习的积极性,且增加团队沟通以及思维能力,帮助实习医学生在向临床医生成长的过程中逐渐建立起清晰、准确、流畅的临床思维模式。CBL clinical teaching based on the WeChat platform is faster and more convenient,without time and place restrictions,which could realize timely and effective communication and exchanges,effectively stimulate students'enthusiasm for independent learning,and increase team communication and thinking skills,helping medical interns gradually establish a clear,accurate and smooth clinical thinking mode in the process of growing to clinicians.
