摘 要:为探明我国自主研发整体硫化压缩型减振扣件在无锡地铁应用后的环境振动特性,在采用车轨动力耦合模型解算轮轨力的基础上,建立轨道-隧道-地层耦合系统的2.5维数值模型,对无锡地铁新型整体硫化压缩型减振扣件段运行列车诱发轨道、隧道及大地的振动响应及传播规律进行专门研究。研究结果表明:(1)地铁轨道采用新型整体硫化压缩型减振扣件时,运行列车诱发地表的振动加速度响应峰值出现在30~50 Hz内;(2)采用新型整体硫化压缩型减振扣件时,运行列车诱发振动在从钢轨传递至道床的过程中,各频段振动均有较大衰减,相应分频振级传递损失均在30 dB以上,其中,最大值可达54.6 dB,而最大Z振级的传递损失可达34.4 dB;(3)在地铁隧道埋深20 m且采用新型整体硫化压缩型减振扣件情况下,距隧道中线50 m范围内由运行列车诱发的地表最大Z振级量值在55.5~61.3 dB;(4)新型整体硫化压缩型减振扣件具有良好的减振性能。In order to study the train-induced environmental vibration characteristics of Wuxi Metro after the adoption of the new integral vulcanized compression-type vibration reduction fastener developed domestically and independently,a train-track coupling model is applied to compute the corresponding wheel-rail forces,then the vibration response of the track-tunnel-ground coupling system and its propagation law are analyzed through a 2.5 dimensional(2.5D)track-tunnel-ground coupling model.The research results show that:(1)The peak of train-induced ground acceleration response appears in the frequency band of 30 Hz~50 Hz when the new integral vulcanized compression-type vibration reduction fastener is used;(2)When the metro track employs the new fastener,the transmission losses of vibration levels corresponding to different center frequencies are all greater than 30 dB,the maximum loss could reach 54.6 dB,and the transmission loss of the maximum Z vibration level(VL_(zmax))may rise up to 34.4 dB;(3)In the case of the metro tunnel buried at a depth of 20 m and equipped with the new fastener,the VL_(zmax) of the ground surface induced by the passing train within 50 m from the center line of the tunnel is in the range of 55.5 dB~61.3 dB;(4)The new integral vulcanized compression-type vibration reduction fastener has good vibration reduction performance.
