摘 要:悬挂式单轨是一种小运量的轨道交通系统,整体工程投资仍较高。为减少并有效控制车辆基地规模及工程投资,开展本次研究。通过文献梳理,归纳悬挂式单轨系统车辆基地设计差异较大的专业研究进展,对站场专业设计差异进行分析。结合西南某市空轨项目及悬挂式单轨制式特点,确定车辆基地功能定位。在满足基本功能要求下,结合悬挂式单轨制式特点,提出“台阶式场坪设计”“1线多列位”“利用正线试车”“合理设计充电站”“设置综合检修列位”“运用列车兼顾调机功能”等具体方法来控制投资。运用这些方法设计西南某市空轨项目车辆基地,总规模得到了有效控制,车辆基地工程投资可降低至少6330万元。Suspended monorail is a small-volume rail transit system, and the overall project investment is still relatively high. In order to reduce and effectively control the scale of the depot and project investment, this study is carried out. Firstly, through literature review, the major research progress of the big differences in the design of the suspension monorail system depot is summarized, and the differences in the professional design of the station yard are analyzed. Secondly, combined with the characteristics of the elevated track project in a certain city in the southwest and the characteristics of the suspended monorail system, the functional positioning of the depot is determined. Finally, in meeting the basic functional requirements and combining the characteristics of the suspended monorail system, “stepped floor design”, “1-line multi-positioning”, “utilizing the main line for trial run”, “reasonable design of charging stations”, “setting up comprehensive inspection positions”, “utilizing the train additionally for shunting” and other specific methods are proposed to control investment. The application of these methods to design a depot for an elevated track project in a city in Southwest China has effectively controlled the total project and reduced at least 63.3 million Yuan of the depot’s engineering investment.
