摘　　要：本文分析了5例胆囊黏液腺癌患者的临床表现、实验室及影像学结果、诊治方式及预后,发现胆囊黏液腺癌临床特点与胆囊恶性肿瘤极为相似,较难鉴别。超声引导下胆囊穿刺活检可在术前明确诊断。手术仍作为首选治疗方式,因腹腔镜手术较开腹优势明显,推荐优先采用。若肿瘤处于T2分期以下且无侵犯转移,其预后一般较好。The clinical manifestations,laboratory and imaging results,diagnosis and treatment and prognosis of 5 patients with mucinous adenocarcinoma of the gallbladder were analyzed.It was found that the clinical characteristics of mucinous adenocarcinoma of the gallbladder were very similar to that of gallbladder malignant tumor,and it was difficult to differentiate.Ultrasound guided gallbladder needle biopsy can confirm the diagnosis before surgery.Surgery is still the first choice of treatment.Since laparoscopic surgery has obvious advantages over open surgery,it is recommended to be preferentially used.If the tumor is under T2 stage and has no aggressive metastasis,the prognosis is generally good.
