摘　　要：[目的/意义]通过SaaS案例采集与管理系统的建设,探索面向《情报与反情报》课程案例库建设新模式。[方法/过程]结合《情报与反情报》课程教学现存问题和SaaS信息采集平台的优势,建设一套基于SaaS模式的课程案例采集与管理系统。[结果/结论]SaaS模式下的案例信息采集与管理系统规范了案例采集流程,提升了案例积累效率和管理水平,改进了教学案例的可重用性和更新迭代,变革了传统案例库建设模式,实现案例的统一采集和综合管理。[Purpose/significance]Through the construction of case collection and management system based on SaaS mode,this paper explores a new model for the construction of the case collection of“Intelligence&Counterintelligence”course.[Method/process]Combining with the existing teaching problems of“Intelligence&Counterintelligence”course and the advantages of SaaS information collection platform,a case collection and management system of counterintelligence course is built based on SaaS mode.[Result/conclusion]The case collection and management system in SaaS mode standardizes the process of case collection,improves the efficiency of case accumulation and management level,and reduces the cost of labor and time.It changes the traditional case collection construction mode and realizes the unified collection and comprehensive management of cases.
