摘 要:基于新建南河大桥左幅与既有老桥最小间距仅0.65 m的现状,进行超近既有桥梁的大跨度竖曲线钢箱梁桥顶推施工监测技术研究:根据老桥的使用现状和有限元分析力学特征进行新建桥梁钻孔桩施工期间的老桥变形、应力、振动影响监控分析;通过模拟新建桥梁顶推施工过程的力学行为进行顶推施工期间的导梁和钢箱梁姿态、应力,临时墩变形、应力监控分析。实践结果表明:通过施工监控能使工程人员及时有效地跟踪老桥状态,实时了解顶推过程的结构受力状况,确保了老桥的安全和新建桥梁的内力状态及成桥线形良好。Based on the present situation that the minimum distance between the left side of the new Nanhe Bridge and the existing old bridge is only 0.65 m,the monitoring technology of incremental launching of steel box girder bridge with long-span vertical curve of over approach existing bridges is studied.According to the current situation of the old bridge and the mechanical characteristics of finite element analysis,the influence of deformation,stress and vibration of the old bridge during the construction of bored pile is monitored and analyzed.The stress and deformation of temporary pier and the attitude and stress of guide beam and steel box girder during incremental launching construction are analyzed by simulating the mechanical behavior of the pushing process of the new bridge.The practical results show that the construction monitoring can make the engineers track the state of the old bridge in time and effectively,understand the structural stress condition of the pushing process in real time,and ensure safety of old bridge,internal force state and good alignment of the new bridge.
