外凸内凹曲面幕墙清洗作业装置设计与施工技术

摘　　要：研发办公大楼整体呈流线型,存在大量的弧度和中部内凹。曲面幕墙无法使作业人员正常进行清洗作业,现设计生产一种吊臂埋件焊接钢套管安装支撑吊臂,层间设置牵制扣的曲面幕墙清洗系统。上端作业人员使用支撑吊臂悬挂进行每跨幕墙清洗,在裙楼屋面及塔楼屋面预埋吊臂埋件。曲面幕墙部分间隔2层安装牵制扣底座作为水平方向支撑,裙楼平直段幕墙不安装牵制扣底座。裙楼及塔楼屋面均设置3套支撑吊臂,使用时采用不锈钢螺栓进行连接。通过应用该项支撑吊臂清洗曲面幕墙技术,有效解决了曲面幕墙清洗无可靠安全支撑、清洗效率低的问题,有效保证了幕墙安装的安全施工要求,为类似使用异形曲面幕墙的高层项目提供了参考。该项曲面幕墙清洗系统中的支撑吊臂、钢套管、钢踏板均可重复安装拆卸,循环使用,钢结构耐久性好。The R&D office building is streamlined,with a large number of radians and central concave.The curved curtain wall can't be cleaned by the operators normally.A kind of curved curtain wall cleaning system is designed and produced,in which the embedded parts of the boom are welded,the steel casing is installed to support the boom,and the clasps are set between the layers.The upper end operators use the support boom suspension to clean the curtain wall of each span,and embed the boom embedded parts in the podium roof and tower roof.The curved curtain wall is installed with two layers apart as a reliable support in the horizontal direction,and the flat curtain wall of the podium building is not installed with a buckle base.Three sets of supporting boom are set on the roof of podium building and tower building,and stainless steel bolts are used for connection.Through application of the supporting boom cleaning curved curtain wall technology,the problems of no reliable safety support and low cleaning efficiency for curved curtain wall cleaning are effectively solved,and the safety construction requirements of curtain wall installation are effectively guaranteed,which provides an effective reference for similar high-rise projects using anisotropic curved curtain wall.The supporting boom,steel sleeve and steel pedal of the curved curtain wall cleaning system can be repeatedly installed and disassembled,and the steel structure has good durability.
