摘 要:锚塞体作为悬索桥的4大部件之一,其安全性十分关键。为了检验超大吨位、边坡复杂等环境下的特大悬索桥隧道锚塞体的安全性,采用自平衡测试方法对1∶10的两个现场模型隧道锚塞体进行试验。结果表明,在加载过程中,模型锚塞体及周围岩体无破坏迹象,两个模型锚塞体洞口位置出现轻微裂缝开展,荷载~位移曲线为缓变形;随加载时间的延长,锚塞体的位移呈增大的趋势,位移发生在加载15~45min内,且每级荷载值加载下的位移值最大不超过5mm;在各级荷载加载下右洞锚塞体的位移均高于左洞,部分位移高出5mm;混凝土与岩体间的摩擦系数为0.77,黏聚力为369kPa。计算得到两个模型锚塞体的安全系数分别为5.3(左洞)和5.2(右洞),均满足最新《公路悬索桥设计规范》规定的锚塞体抗拔安全系数和围岩稳定安全系数分别不应小于2.0和4.0的要求。Being one of the four major components of suspension bridge,the safety of anchor plug body is the key problem for suspension bridge.In order to test the anchor plugs of extra major suspension bridge tunnels in complex environments such as large tonnage and slopes,the self-balance test method is used in the 1∶10 field test of two model tunnel anchors.The results show that during the loading process,there is no sign of failure of the anchor plug body and surrounding rock mass.When the loading time is extended,the displacement of the anchorage body increases.The displacement basically occurs in 15~45 minutes,and the maximum displacement of the anchorage body is not more than 5 mm under each load value.It is suggested that the friction coefficient between concrete and rock is 0.77 and the cohesion is369 kPa.The factor of safety of the two models are 5.3(left tube)and 5.2(right tube)respectively,which meet the requirements of the latest Specifications for Design of Highway Suspension Bridge,the pull-out factor of safety of anchorage body and the stability factor of safety of surrounding rock should not be less than 2.0 and 4.0 respectively.The paper can provide some reference for the long-term safety evaluation of similar bridge projects.
