摘 要:试验研究不同精粗比日粮对育肥期藏母羊不同部位(背最长肌、臂三头肌和股二头肌)肌肉组织形态学的影响。试验选取体重(22.00±0.38) kg的3月龄健康藏羊母羔90只,分为3个处理组,每组5个重复,每个重复6只羊。各组藏母羊分别饲喂精粗比为50∶50、60∶40和70∶30的试验日粮。预试期10 d,正式试验期90 d。结果显示,背最长肌方面,70∶30组藏母羊肌纤维直径最高,显著高于50∶50组(P<0.05);70∶30组藏母羊肌纤维密度最低,且显著低于50∶50组(P<0.05);70∶30组藏母羊肌纤维横截面积显著高于其他2组(P<0.05)。臂三头肌方面,50∶50组藏母羊肌纤维直径、横截面积均显著低于其他2组(P<0.05),而肌纤维密度显著高于其他2组(P<0.05)。股二头肌方面,50∶50组藏母羊肌纤维直径、横截面积均显著低于其他2组(P<0.05),70∶30组藏母羊肌纤维密度显著低于其他2组(P<0.05)。研究表明,适宜的精粗比日粮有利于降低藏母羊肌纤维的直径、横截面积,同时可增大肌纤维的密度;精粗比为50∶50的日粮饲喂藏羊,其肉质较好。The experiment studied the effect of dietary concentrate to roughage ratio on muscle tissue morphology of different parts(longissimus dorsi, triceps brachii and biceps femoris) of Tibetan ewes during fattening. 90 healthy,three-month-old female Tibetan lambs with similar body weight(22.00±0.38) kg were randomly divided into three treatment groups, with five replicates in each group and six lambs in each replicate. The female Tibetan lambs were fed with experimental diets with concentrate to roughage ratios of 50∶50, 60∶40 and 70∶30, respectively. The pre-trial period was 10 d, and the trial period was 90 d. The results showed that for the longissimus dorsi muscle, the muscle fiber diameter of 70∶30 group was greater than other group, and was significantly higher than 50∶50 group(P<0.05). The muscle fiber density in 70∶ 30 group was the lowest, and was significantly lower than 50∶ 50 group(P<0.05). The muscle fiber cross-section of the 70∶30 group was significantly higher than the other two groups. For triceps brachii, the diameter and cross-sectional area of muscle fibers in 50∶ 50 group were significantly smaller than the other groups(P<0.05), while the density of muscle fibers in 50∶50 group was significantly higher than the other groups(P<0.05). For biceps femoris, the diameter and cross-sectional area of muscle fibers in 50∶50 group were significantly lower than the other groups(P<0.05), and the density of muscle fibers in 70∶30 group was significantly lower than the other groups (P<0.05). The results indicates that suitable concentrate to forage ratio diet is beneficial to decrease muscle fiber diameter and cross-sectional area and increase muscle fiber density, and the diet with concentrate to forage ratio of 50∶ 50 has better Tibetan sheep meat quality.
