摘  要:试验旨在研究不同精粗比日粮对乌珠穆沁羊生长性能、肉品质和肌肉脂肪酸组成的影响。选取体重(25.50±0.26) kg、体况良好的乌珠穆沁羊(5月龄) 24只,随机分为4组,每组6个重复。各组试验羊饲喂日粮精粗比分别为20∶80 (A组)、40∶60 (B组)、60∶40 (C组)、80∶20 (D组)。预试期2 w,正式试验期8 w。结果显示,随着日粮中精料比例提高,试验羊平均日增重和平均日采食量均极显著增加(P<0.01),60∶40组试验羊料重比最低。随着日粮中精料比例提高,肌肉脂肪、肉色(L^(*)、a^(*)、b^(*))及熟肉率明显改善,饱和脂肪酸(SFA)含量提高,多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)含量降低。精料含量低于40%时,PUFA/SFA比值较优,精粗比为60∶40组的n-6/n-3比值最低。研究表明,饲喂日粮精粗比为60∶40时,绵羊生长性能最佳,肉品质得到有效改善。The experiment was to investigate the effect of dietary concentrate to roughage ratio on growth performance,meat quality and muscle fatty acid composition of sheep. Twenty-four(5-month-old) healthy Ujimqin sheep with the body weight of(25.50±0.26) kg were selected and randomly divided into four groups, with six replicates in each group.Four concentrate to roughage ratios were 20∶80(group A), 40∶60(group B), 60∶40(group C) and 80∶20(group D)respectively. The results showed that with the increase of concentrate to roughage ratios, the average daily gain and average daily feed intake were extremely increased(P<0.01), and the feed to gain ratio of group 60∶40 was the lowest.Muscle fat, meat color(L^(*), a^(*), b^(*)) and cooked meat rate were significantly improved with the increase of concentrate ratio in diet. The concentration of SFA increased and concentration of PUFA decreased with increasing concentrate contents in diet. PUFA/SFA was optimal in diet when concentrate content under 40%. The n-6/n-3 was lowest in diet with concentrate to roughage ratios of 60∶40. The experiment indicates that the growth performance is the best in diet with concentrate to roughage ratios of 60∶40, and meat quality is improved effectively in diet.
