饲料中添加天然虾青素对棘颊雀鲷生长性能及体色的影响

摘　　要：试验研究天然虾青素对棘颊雀鲷生长性能及体色的影响。选择体质量(7.98±1.32) g的棘颊雀鲷60尾,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复4尾鱼,分别投喂含有0 (对照组)、50 (A50组)、100 (A100组)、150(A150组)、200 mg/kg(A200组)天然虾青素的饵料。试验期8 w。结果显示,50~150 mg/kg天然虾青素对棘颊雀鲷的生长性能有促进作用。A150组棘颊雀鲷的红度值(a^(*))显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);A100组和A200组棘颊雀鲷的红度值(a^(*))显著高于A50组和对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,在饵料中添加天然虾青素可以有效改善棘颊雀鲷的体色,虾青素的适宜添加量为150 mg/kg。The experiment was to study the effect of natural astaxanthin on growth performance and body pigmentation of Premnas biaculeatus. Sixty Premnas biaculeatus with body weight of(7.98±1.32) g were randomly divided into five groups with three replicates in each group, and four Premnas biaculeatus in each replicate. The Premnas biaculeatus in each group were fed the based diets with 0(control group), 50(group A50), 100(group A100), 150(group A150),200 mg/kg(group A200) natural astaxanthin, respectively. The experiment lasted for 8 w. The results showed that50~150 mg/kg natural astaxanthin could promote the growth performance of Premnas biaculeatus. The value a^(*) of Premnas biaculeatus in group A150 was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05). The value a^(*) of group A100 and group A200 was significantly higher than that of Premnas biaculeatus in group A50 and control group(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that adding natural astaxanthin to feed can effectively improve the body color of Premnas biaculeatus, and the appropriate amount of astaxanthin is 150 mg/kg.
