摘  要:试验旨在评估脱脂黑水虻虫粉替代鱼粉对大口黑鲈生长、饵料利用和鱼体成分的影响。选取240尾初始体重(11.42±0.25) g的幼鱼,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复20尾幼鱼。试验期6 w。对照组饵料中含有40%的鱼粉,以脱脂黑水虻虫粉分别替代对照组中25%(R25)、50%(R50)和75%(R75)的鱼粉。4种饵料的蛋白质和脂肪含量分别为48%和8%。结果表明,R25组的增重率和摄食率显著高于R50组(P<0.05)。R50组和R75组的肝体比显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。R50和R75组鱼体的粗蛋白、灰分和磷含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。R50和R70组鱼体的赖氨酸、异亮氨酸、谷氨酸和必需氨基酸总量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);R50组鱼体的蛋氨酸、亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸、天门冬氨酸和色氨酸含量均显著高于对照组、R25和R75组(P<0.05);R25、R50和R75组鱼体的胱氨酸含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,脱脂黑水虻虫粉替代饵料中75%的鱼粉不会影响加州鲈的生长性能和饵料利用效率,但会导致加州鲈肝发生肿大现象,加州鲈摄食脱脂黑水虻虫粉后,会明显改变其鱼体成分。The experiment was to evaluate the effect of fish meal replacement by defatted Hermetia illucens powder on growth performance, feed utilization and body composition of Micropterus salmoides. A total of 240 juvenile fish with an initial body weight of(11.42±0.25) g were randomly divided into four groups with three replicates in each group and20 juvenile fish in each replicate. The experiment lasted for 6 w. The diet of the control group contained 40% fish meal,and the fish meal of the control group was replaced by 25%(R25), 50%(R50) and 75%(R75) of defatted Hermetia illucens powder, respectively. The protein and fat content of the four diets were 48% and 8% respectively. The results showed that the weight gain rate and feeding rate in R25 group were significantly higher than those in R50 group(P<0.05).The hepatosomatic ratio in R50 and R75 group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). The content of crude protein, ash and phosphorus in R50 and R75 group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total amounts of lysine, isoleucine, glutamic acid and essential amino acids in R50 and R70 group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). The content of methionine, leucine, phenylalanine, aspartate and tryptophan in R50 group were significantly higher than those in control group, R25 and R75 group(P<0.05). The cystine content in R25,R50 and R75 group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that 75% fish meal replaced by defatted Hermetia illucens powder didn’t affect the growth performance and feed utilization efficiency of Micropterus salmoides, but resulted in liver enlargement of Micropterus salmoides. The body composition was changed for Micropterus salmoides fed with defatted Hermetia illucens powder.
