摘　　要：目的:检测miR-206在食管鳞状细胞癌(食管鳞癌)组织中的表达,探讨其与食管鳞癌预后的关系。方法:采用实时荧光定量PCR检测miR-206在136例食管鳞癌组织和配对癌旁正常组织中的表达。将ESCC患者分为miR-206低表达组(≤0.2356)和miR-206高表达组(>0.2356),分析食管鳞癌组织中miR-206的表达与患者临床病理特征的关系。采用Kaplan-Meier和Log-rank检验分析miR-206的表达与食管鳞癌患者预后的关系。结果:与癌旁组织(1.60±1.37)相比,miR-206在食管鳞癌组织中的表达(0.82±1.10)降低(P<0.001)。在食管鳞癌组织中,miR-206的表达与肿瘤直径和浸润深度有关,肿瘤直径<5 cm、浸润深度T1+T2者miR-206表达水平高(P<0.05)。食管鳞癌患者miR-206低表达组的中位生存期短于miR-206高表达组(P<0.05)。结论:miR-206在食管鳞癌中表达降低,与患者的预后有关,可作为食管鳞癌预后预测及治疗的潜在靶点。Aim:To investigate the expression of miR-206 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)tissue and explore the relationship of miR-206 expression with prognosis.Methods:The expression of miR-206 in 136 paired ESCC and adjacent normal tissue was detected by qRT-PCR.The 136 patients were allocated into 2 groups according to the medium expression level of miR-206,low(≤0.2356)and high(>0.2356)miR-206 groups.The associations of miR-206 expression with clinicopathological characteristics were evaluated.Kaplan-Meier and Log-rank test were performed to determine the prognostic value of miR-206 in ESCC patients.Results:The miR-206 expression was down-regulated in ESCC tissue(0.82±1.10)compared with paired adjacent tissue(1.60±1.37,P<0.001).The miR-206 expression was related to tumor size and infiltration depth in ESCC tissue,and ESCC with tumor diameter<5 cm or infiltration depth of T1+T2 had higher expression of miR-206(P<0.05).ESCC patients with low miR-206 expression were associated with poorer overall survival compared with those with high miR-206 expression(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is indicated that miR-206 expression is decreased in ESCC tissue,which presents a potential biomarker for poor prognosis of ESCC;miR-206 could be a possible molecular target for the prognosis and treatment of ESCC.
