摘　　要：在经济高度一体化,物质文化飞速发展的今天,生存与发展无疑使利益成为企业发展的第一要务,然而过度关注企业利益会导致侵害利益相关者合法权益的行为时有发生。企业的社会责任不能仅仅考虑功利的结果,企业的伦理道德也不能仅仅依靠法律法规来实现。诚然,人性的弱点在面对利益冲突时难以做出正确的选择,克服贪欲并不是一件容易的事情。文章提出企业的伦理道德建设至关重要,培养企业伦理精神对整个企业生态系统的健康发展也具有重要意义。In today’s highly integrated economy and rapid development of material culture,survival and development undoubtedly make interests the top priority of enterprise development.However,excessive attention to corporate interests will lead to infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of stakeholders from time to time.Corporate social responsibility should not only consider the results of utility,and corporate ethics should not only rely on laws and regulations to achieve.Admittedly,human weakness makes it difficult to make the right choice in the face of conflicts ofinterest,and overcoming greed is not an easy thing.Therefore,the construction of enterprise ethics is very important,and the cultivation of enterprise ethical spirit is of great significance to the healthy development of the whole enterprise ecosystem.
