摘　　要：目的探讨降温毯不同预设温度对心脏外科术后患者降温效果及并发症的影响。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2019年3月—2020年3月南京市某三级甲等医院心脏术后患者为研究对象,比较在降温毯不同预设温度下,患者寒颤评分、膀胱温、血乳酸和并发症的差异。结果2组心脏外科术后患者4 h内Wrench评分、血乳酸最高值和第1小时、第2小时膀胱温差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),第3小时和第4小时膀胱温差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论降温毯不同预设温度对于心脏外科术后发热患者具有相同的目标降温效果,较低的降温毯预设温度会增加心脏外科术后发热患者降温期寒颤的发生率。Objective To investigate the cooling effect of different preset temperatures of cooling blanket on cooling effect and complications in patients after cardiac surgery.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select patients undergoing cardiac surgery admitted to the cardiac surgery department of a tertiary grade A hospital in Nanjing from March 2019 to March 2020.The differences of patients’chills score,bladder temperature,blood lactic acid and complications under different preset temperatures of cooling blanket were recorded and compared.Results After using the cooling blanket,there were significant differences in Wrench score,lactic acid maximum and bladder temperature at 1h and 2 h between the two groups(P<0.05),but no significant differences in bladder temperature at 3 h and 4 h between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Different preset temperatures of cooling blanket have the same target cooling effect on patients with fever after cardiac surgery and lower preset temperature of cooling blanket will increase the incidence of chills during cooling period.
