摘 要:以生产一次性防疫用聚氯乙烯手套的聚氯乙烯增塑糊(PVCPP)为研究体系,以柠檬酸酯和乙酰柠檬酸酯为增塑剂,考察增塑剂丁/辛基比例、柠檬酸酯羟基/乙酰基团、柠檬酸酯物理混合和"丁醇/辛醇混合醇与柠檬酸化学反应"混合方式对PVCPP流变行为的影响;通过对比研究10类柠檬酸酯和乙酰柠檬酸酯增塑剂动态黏度(η′)及制备的PVCPP复数黏度(η*),采用溶度参数理论分析PVCPP流变行为来探讨PVCPP流动阶段复数黏度的变化。结果表明,乙酰柠檬酸酯的黏度比柠檬酸酯高,且随着辛基含量的提高,黏度增大。然而,对于含有30%(质量分数)增塑剂的PVCPP流动阶段的复数黏度,由乙酰柠檬酸酯制备的PVCPP黏度比柠檬酸酯小;并且随着辛基含量增加,PVCPP黏度逐渐降低。采用溶度参数理论难于解释这一规律,通过对比研究不同增塑剂含量和不同升温速率下PVCPP复数黏度变化,发现PVCPP流动阶段复数黏度主要与体系自由增塑剂含量相关,主要由(乙酰)柠檬酸酯增塑剂溶剂排出体积(CSEV)决定。通过对比增塑剂CSEV,可以对不同增塑剂制备的PVCPP黏度进行预测。Polyvinyl chloride plasticized pastes(PVCPP)for disposable epidemic prevention gloves were studied.Using citrate and acetyl citrate as plasticizer,the effects of the ratios of butyl/octyl,the hydroxy/acetyl groups of plasticizers,the mixing way(physical and butanol/octanol mixture reacting with citric acid)on the rheological behavior of PVCPP were investigated.The dynamic viscosity(η′)of 10 kinds of citrate and acetyl citrate plasticizers and PVCPP complex viscosity(η*)prepared by them were compared.The rheological behavior of PVCPP and the change of PVCPP complex viscosity in the flow stage were analyzed.The results show that both acetylation and increase of octyl content increase the viscosity of plasticizer.However,for PVCPP containing 30%plasticizer in the flow stage,the PVCPP prepared by acetyl citrate has a lower viscosity than by citrate.With the increase of octyl content,the viscosity of PVCPP decreases gradually.It is difficult to explain these regularities by solubility parameter theory.By comparing the changes of PVCPP complex viscosity at different plasticizer contents and heating rates,it is found that the PVCPP complex viscosity in the flow stage is mainly related to the content of free plasticizer in PVCPP system,which is mainly determined by connolly solvent excluded volume(CSEV)of(acetyl)citrate plasticizer.The viscosity of PVCPP prepared with different plasticizers can be predicted by using plasticizer CSEV.
