摘　　要：我国已进入经济高质量发展阶段,实现这一目标需要大量高素质劳动力作为支撑,这对高等教育人才培养提出了更高的要求和全新的挑战,要求地方本科院校科学定位、特色发展、加快应用型转型步伐。但地方本科院校在办学思路、人才培养定位、办学方式和教育教学目标上与社会需要还存在较大的差距,培养的人才还不能满足经济社会发展的需要。文章基于能力范式的视角,梳理相关文献,分析能力范式下应用型人才培养的要求及人才培养中存在的问题,从培养目标、课程体系、教学内容、教学方法、教学评价体系等方面提出应用型人才培养路径。China has entered the stage of high-quality economic development.In order to realize this goal,we require a large number of high-quality labor force,which puts forward higher requirements and new challenges for the cultivation of talents in higher education.Local colleges are required to position themselves scientifically,develop their characteristics and speed up the pace of application-oriented transformation.However,there is still a big gap between local colleges and the social needs in terms of school-running ideas,orientation of personnel training,school-running methods,and educational and teaching objectives.So the talents trained can not meet the needs of economic and social development.Based on the perspective of Competence Paradigm,this paper first combs the relevant literature.Then it analyzes the requirements of the cultivation of applied talents under the ability paradigm and the existing problems in the cultivation of talents.At last,it puts forward the training path of the applied talents from the training goal,the curriculum system,the teaching content,the teaching methods and the teaching appraisal system.
