摘　　要：文章以《计算机网络原理》课程为探索对象,摸索出“四备-四学-三导”的在线教学模式,利用MOOC资源和网络教学及互动平台,实现了该课程的翻转课堂,并进行了个性化教学的探索,阐述了教学设计思路及教学实践过程,也为其他课程的教学改革提供应借鉴。This article takes the course of"Computer Network Principles"as the object of exploration,analyzes the online teaching model of"four preparations-four studies-three guides",using MOOC resources and network teaching and interactive platforms to realize the flipped classroom of the course,and the exploration of personalized teaching was carried out.The teaching design ideas and teaching practice process were explained,and the teaching reform of other courses was also provided for reference.
