摘　　要：肝囊肿是临床上比较常见的肝脏囊性疾病,肝囊肿包括两类,即寄生虫性肝囊肿和非寄生虫性肝囊肿。在寄生虫性肝囊肿中最为多见的病因是肝包虫感染所致的肝包虫病,非寄生虫性肝囊肿又包括先天性肝囊肿和后天形成的肝囊肿。一般情况下,较小囊肿可无临床表现而不需治疗,较大囊肿因占位效应产生压迫症状而需治疗,目前介入超声在诊断该疾病极为敏感,硬化治疗也在治疗该疾病发展越快,逐步进入前列,现将硬化治疗总结如下。Hepatic cyst is a kind of benign cystic disease in the liver,which is more common in clinic.Hepatic cyst can be divided into parasitic hepatic cyst and nonparasitic hepatic cyst.The most common parasitic hepatic cyst is hydatidosis,while the nonparasitic hepatic cyst is congenital hepatic cyst and acquired hepatic cyst.In general,the smaller cyst may not have clinical manifestations and need no treatment.The larger cyst needs treatment because of the compression symptoms caused by the occupying effect.At present,interventional ultrasound is extremely sensitive in the diagnosis of the disease,and sclerotherapy is developing faster and faster in the treatment of the disease.Now,sclerotherapy is summarized as follows.
