高校辅导员对大学生抑郁症的识别和帮扶

摘　　要：大学生进入大学后,远离家乡,远离父母,面对新的环境和新的专业可能会出现人际交往困难、焦虑不安等心理问题。如果没有及时识别,该心理问题可能会转变成更为严重的抑郁症,会对大学生正常的学习、生活、人际交往造成巨大的阻碍。高校辅导员作为距离大学生群体最近的教育工作者,须做到以下几点:通过心理讲座、心理团辅、举办体育文化活动营造良好的育人环境;了解基本的抑郁症特征,做好学生早期情绪问题的识别;通过建立"树洞"及设立冥想室、阅读空间,做好大学生抑郁症的帮扶工作。After entering the university,college students are away from home and their parents.In the face of new environment and new majors,there might be interpersonal problems,anxiety and other psychological problems which might be transformed into a more severe problem,depression,if they are not timely identified.The depression can cause huge obstacles to the normal study,life,and interpersonal communication of college students.College counselors,as the closest educators to college students,can create a sunny educational environment through psychological lectures,group psychological counseling,sports and cultural activities.They should understand the basic characteristics of depression,so as to identify students’emotional problems as early as possible.They can also help college students with depression by establishing“tree holes”,meditation rooms,and reading space.
