摘　　要：[目的/意义]针对企业竞争情报工作的新特点、新问题、新需求,基于ACP理论探索性构建企业竞争情报智能系统,为企业提供更优质的情报服务。[方法/过程]首先通过文献回顾梳理国内外有关企业竞争情报系统构建等相关主题的研究进展;然后通过实证调研分析大数据与智能信息技术背景下企业竞争情报的现状与需求;最后基于ACP理论构建企业竞争情报智能系统,分别从核心技术、系统模型及运行机制、优势及实现路径等方面进行阐述。[结果/结论]构建并实现包括人工企业竞争情报系统、实际企业竞争情报系统、计算实验与平行执行3个核心模块的企业竞争情报智能系统,有利于提高系统的数据挖掘能力、实时动态反馈能力和未来场景的预判能力,为企业决策提供智能支持。[Purpose/significance]According to the new characteristics,problems,and demands of enterprise competitive intelligence work,this paper explores the construction of enterprise competitive intelligence systems based on the theory of ACP to provide better intelligence services for enterprises.[Method/process]Firstly,the paper reviews the research progress on constructing enterprise competitive intelligence systems at home and abroad.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation and demands competitive enterprise intelligence under the background of big data and intelligent information technology.Finally,based on the theory of ACP,this paper constructs a competitive intelligence system,which includes the core technology,system model,operating mechanism,advantages,and implementation path.[Result/conclusion]By constructing and implementing the enterprise competitive intelligence system,which includes three core modules.The artificial enterprise competitive intelligence system,the existing competitive intelligence system,the computational experiment,and the parallel execution.It is helpful to improve the ability of data mining,real-time dynamic feedback,and future scene prediction and can provide intelligent support for enterprise decision-making.
