摘  要:目的探讨岗位胜任力在医疗保险专业人才培训中的价值。方法回顾性分析锦州医科大学附属第三医院(下文简称本单位)2019年1—12月间接收的70例医院院校医疗保险专业实习生档案作为研究样本,基于不同培训方式进行分组,其中35例入对照组(常规教学),另35例入试验组(岗位胜任力教学);比较两组理论与实践考核得分、学习质量他评(教师评价)与自我评价得分、教学满意度差异。结果试验组理论考核得分与实践考核得分均高于对照组,本组教学满意度(97.14%)高于对照组(74.29%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组学习思维、加深记忆、独立思考、明确缺点、学习积极性、学习效能六项自评维度得分均高于对照组,且该组自学能力、解决问题能力、评判能力、沟通能力、合作能力、实践能力六项他评维度得分亦高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于岗位胜任力模型培训医疗保险专业人才,教学质量佳,实习生的教学满意度高。Objective To discuss the value of post competency on the training of medical insurance major students.Methods 70 medical insurance major interns received from January 2019 to December 2019 in Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University(hereinafter referred to“The Unit”)were reviewed.According to different training modes,research subjects were assigned to control group(n=35,routine teaching)and experimental group(n=35,post-competency-based teaching).Theoretical knowledge and practical skill examination scores,teacher’s assessment scores,self-assessment scores and teaching satisfaction were elucidated.Results The theoretical knowledge and practical skill examination scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group;teaching satisfaction in the experimental group(97.14%)was higher than that in the control group(74.29%);the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the self-assessment scores of thoughts,memory,independent thinking,clear awareness of weakness,learning initiatives and learning efficiency in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group;the self-study ability,problem-solving ability,judgement ability,communication ability,cooperative ability and practical ability scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The post competency-based talent training can improve the teaching quality and intern’s learning satisfaction.
