摘 要:虚拟教学不仅具备经济和环境优势,同时,还可为学员提供更广泛的学习资源和学科专家,使得其在外科教育中非常具有吸引力和前景。虚拟教学的实施不仅弥补了传统教学方法的不足,切实提升教学质量,还引领了教学改革的潮流。目前,虚拟教学方法在骨科手术教学成果和学员表现方面与传统的面对面教学相当或更有效。当然,现代化虚拟教学新范式的成功,离不开教育工作者和学员的共同努力。本综述旨在分析电子化教学、网络研讨会和视频会议、混合式教学和翻转课堂等虚拟教学方式在骨科手术教学的研究成果及进展,为未来骨科手术教育实践提供借鉴。Virtual teaching not only has economic and environmental advantages,but also provides students with a wider range of learning resources and subject experts,making it very attractive and promising in surgical education.The implementation of virtual teaching not only makes up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching methods,and effectively improves the quality of teaching,but also leads the trend of teaching reform.At present,the virtual teaching method is equivalent to or more effective than traditional face-to-face teaching in terms of orthopedic surgery teaching results and student performance.Of course,the success of the new paradigm of modern virtual teaching is inseparable from the joint efforts of educators and students.This review aims to analyze the research results and progress of virtual teaching methods such as e-learning,webinar and video conference,blended teaching and flipped classrooms in orthopedic surgery teaching,and provide a reference for future orthopedic surgery education practice.
