摘　　要：本研究在医学院校开设实验动物学创新实验选修课,面向全校本科生,课程设置难易适中,旨在医学院校全校范围普及实验动物学基本知识和实验操作技能,提高本科生动物实验操作以及科研能力。本课程内容设置从三个方面进行讲解和实验操作,重点在于实验操作,包括实验动物学基本知识及科学前沿;实验动物基本操作;实验动物手术操作及简单实验动物模型制备等。经过研究和实践,对课程设置逐步改进和完善,力争做到适合全校本科生的优质实验选修课。实验动物学实验选修课程的开设大大提高了实验动物学在本科生中的普及度,实实在在的训练学生的操作能力和创新能力,使学生能够独立完成动物实验研究,同时提高学生对科研的参与度,为培养具有创新思维并能实际操作的医学本科创新人才提供一定基础。In this study,it is important to set up experimental elective course of laboratory animal science in medicine university.For the entire undergraduates,the curriculum difficulty is moderate.The aim is to popularize the basic knowledge and experimental operations of laboratory animal science throughout the medical college and improve undergraduate scientific research ability.The curriculum is designed to explain and experiment from three aspects.More attention is paid to experimental operations.It introduces the concept of knowledge and science frontier of laboratory animal science,basic and operation technique of laboratory animals,and methods of animal disease model establishment.Through research and practice,The curriculum gradually improved and perfected,Strive to achieve the high quality experimental elective courses suitable for the entire undergraduates.The experimental elective course of laboratory animal science greatly improves the popularity of laboratory animal science among undergraduates.It real trains students'operating ability and innovation ability,completes the animal experiment independently.At the same time,it increases student participation in science and lays the foundation for cultivating innovative medical undergraduate talents with innovative thinking and operation ability.
