三层实木复合地板抗菌性能研究

摘　　要：以自制载银纳米二氧化钛(Ag@TiO_(2) NPs)为抗菌剂,常压浸渍三层实木复合地板柞木表板,制备得到良好抗菌型三层实木复合地板。研究结果表明,当物质的量之比(钛酸四丁酯∶无水乙醇∶冰醋酸∶蒸馏水)=1∶12∶2.5∶3,得到颗粒均匀的Ag@TiO_(2) NPs。以六偏磷酸钠为分散剂,控制Ag@TiO_(2)添加量为3%、酚醛树脂固含量50%,浸渍时间5 h,所制备的复合地板抗菌性能满足行业标准LY/T 1926—2010《抗菌(竹)质地板抗菌性能检验方法与抗菌效果》Ⅱ级以上要求,其硬度、耐磨性等力学性能达到最佳。Using self-made silver-loaded nano-titanium dioxide(Ag@TiO_(2) NPs)as an antibacterial agent,the three-layer engineered wood flooring with oak veneer as surface board was impregnated under normal pressure.The results indicated that when n(tetrabutyltitanate:absolute ethanol:glacial acetic acid:distilled water)=1:12:2.5:3,Ag@TiO_(2) NPs with uniform particles met the requirements.Using sodium hexametaphosphate as the dispersant,Ag@TiO_(2) addition amount to 3%,the phenolic resin solid content to 50%,and the immersion time for 5 h,the antibacterial performance of the prepared engineered wood flooring met the industry standard LY/T 1926—2010 Antibacterial(bamboo)floor antibacterial performance inspection method and antibacterial effect above level II requirements.Its mechanical properties such as hardness and wear resistance reached the optimum.
