摘  要:为解决三层实木复合地板用优质木材资源短缺问题,研究了用树脂浸渍杨木和热处理树脂浸渍杨木做三层实木复合地板的工艺和性能。结果表明,树脂浸渍杨木和热处理树脂浸渍杨木均适合制备三层实木复合地板基材,其性能满足LY/T 1700—2018《地采暖用木地板》对耐热尺寸稳定性和耐湿尺寸稳定的要求及GB/T 18013—2013《实木复合地板》对静曲强度、弹性模量等指标的要求。组坯方式对三层复合地板性能有影响,热处理树脂浸渍杨木做面板,树脂浸渍杨木做芯板制作的三层实木复合地板各项性能最佳。In order to solve the problem of the shortage of high-quality wood resources for engineered wood flooring,the technology and performance of fast-growing poplar modified wood used as three-layer engineered wood flooring were studied.The results showed that both resin-impregnated and resin-impregnated-heat-treated poplar wood were suitable for preparing three-layer engineered wood flooring.The heat-resistant dimensional stability and moisture-resistant dimensional stability met the requirements of LY/T 1700-2018 wood-based flooring for ground with heating system.The static bending strength,elastic modulus and other performance met the requiments of GB/T 18013-2013 engineered wood flooring.The blank assembly method had an impact on the performance of the engineered wood flooring.The three-layer engineered wood flooring,which had heat-treated poplar veneer as surface,and resin impregnated poplar board as the core,had the better performance in this experiment.
