内踝部疣状角化不良瘤1例  

A Case of Warty Dyskeratoma on the Medial Malleolus

摘　　要：患者女,46岁,右足内踝角化性丘疹、斑块6个月。皮肤科情况:右足内踝可见一直径约3 cm的肤色斑块,表面角化粗糙,部分结痂,质软,触之有波动感。周围散在多个角化性丘疹。皮损组织病理示:表皮角化过度伴角化不全,棘层松解,基底层上方裂隙形成,基底层有绒毛形成,可见圆体及谷粒。诊断:疣状角化不良瘤。予手术切除,随访未见复发。A 46-year-old female presented with keratinized papules and plaques on the medial malleolus of her right foot for six months.Dermatological examination revealed a skin plaque with a diameter of about 3 cm on the medial malleolus of her right foot, with rough keratosis, partly crusted, soft to the touch.There were multiple keratotic papules scattered around.Histopathology of skin biopsy showed hyperkeratosis with parakeratosis, acantholysis, fissure formation above the basal layer, villi formation in the basal layer, corps ronds and grains.The diagnosis was warty dyskeratoma.Surgical resection was performed, and no recurrence was observed during follow-up.
