毛周纤维瘤1例

摘　　要：患者男,47岁,鼻尖部丘疹3年余,无症状,逐渐增大。皮肤科情况:鼻尖部右侧一约2.5 mm×2.5 mm大小丘疹,淡红色,质地韧,圆顶状突起,表面光滑,无压痛,未见破溃、渗出。基底及周围皮肤正常。皮损组织病理示:毛囊周围结缔组织增生明显,呈漩涡状的胶原纤维围绕,并见人工裂隙。真皮乳头内血管增生、扩张,少许淋巴细胞浸润。诊断:毛周纤维瘤。A 47-year-old male presented with a papule on the nasal tip for more than three years, which increased gradually without symptoms. Dermatological examination showed a papule about 2.5 mm×2.5 mm on the right side of the nasal tip, which was light red, tough, dome shaped, smooth, without tenderness, ulceration or exudation. The basal and surrounding skin of the papule were normal. Histopathology showed that the connective tissue around the hair follicle proliferated obviously, surrounded by swirling collagen fibers and artificial fissures. The blood vessels in the dermal papilla were characterized by hyperplasia and dilatation, and a few lymphocytes were infiltrated. The diagnosis of perifollicular fibroma was made.
