正交试验优选抗风止痛宁提取工艺

摘　　要：目的优选抗风止痛宁的最佳提取工艺。方法以丹参酮ⅡA、羟基红花黄色素A和总固体含量为综合评价指标,以乙醇体积分数、乙醇用量、浸渍时间、提取次数为考察因素,采用L9(34)正交试验法优选抗风止痛宁的最佳提取工艺,并验证。结果抗风止痛宁的最佳提取条件为加15倍量70%乙醇,浸渍3次,每次3 d;在此条件下,丹参酮ⅡA、羟基红花黄色素A和总固体的平均含量分别为0.0162 mg/mL(RSD为1.23%)、0.4855 mg/mL(RSD为1.38%)和18.81%(RSD为2.06%)。结论该研究为抗风止痛宁制剂的规范化生产奠定了一定基础。Objective To optimize the extraction process of Kangfeng Zhitongning.Methods The optimal extraction process of Kangfeng Zhitongning was optimized and verified by the L9(34)orthogonal test with the contents of tanshinoneⅡA,hydroxysafflor yellow A and total solid as the comprehensive evaluation indexes and with the ethanol volume fraction,ethanol dosage,soaking time and extraction times as the investigation factors.Results The optimal extraction conditions of Kangfeng Zhitongning were as follows:adding 15 times the dosage of 70%ethanol,soaking for three times,and 3 d each time.Based on these conditions,the average contents of tanshinoneⅡA,hydroxysafflor yellow A and total solid were 0.0162 mg/m L(RSD=1.23%),0.4855 mg/m L(RSD=1.38%)and 18.81%(RSD=2.06%),respectively.Conclusion This study lays a certain foundation for the standardized production of Kangfeng Zhitongning preparation.
