摘　　要：职业道德反映了职业人的职业信念与职业态度,在很大程度上决定了职业人的职业选择与职业发展。与普通道德教育不同的是,职业院校职业道德教育应该以学生未来的职业生活为背景,以增强学生的职业体验为主要方式,以培养“合格”与“和谐”的职业人为目标。职业生活体验式职业道德教育模式具有开放性、实践性与长期性的特点,其目标定位包含三个维度:以社会主义核心价值观为基础的职业价值观、以职业生活中的道德要求为内核的职业态度、以满足国家和社会需要为核心的职业责任。职业生活体验式职业道德教育需要凝练职业道德内容,重构职业生活理想,在专业学习中践行职业道德;强化多方互动,重构职业生活空间,在工学结合中体悟职业道德;创新教育载体,重构职业生活方式,在主体实践中化育职业道德观。Professional ethics reflects the professional beliefs and attitude of professionals,to a large extent determines the career choices and career development of professionals.Unlike general moral education,professional ethics education in vocational colleges should take the future professional life of students as the background,take the enhancement of students'professional experience as the main way,and aim at training"qualified"and"harmonious"professionals.The professional life experiential professional ethics education model has the characteristics of openness,practice and long-term,and its target orientation includes three dimensions:professional values based on socialist core values,professional attitude with moral requirements as the core of professional life,and professional responsibility to meet the national and social needs as the core.Professional life experiential professional ethics education needs to condense the content of professional ethics,reconstruct the ideal of professional life,practice professional ethics in professional learning,strengthen multi-party interaction,reconstruct the professional living space,realize professional ethics in the combination of engineering,innovate the educational carrier,reconstruct the professional life style,and cultivate the professional ethics view in the main practice.
