摘  要:在进行船舶舱室布局的过程中,针对船舶舱室布置过程中主要考虑设备功能性需求而维修性考虑不充分的情况,通过分析维修性设计要求,结合船舶舱设备布置特点,建立面向维修性增长的船舶典型舱室布局问题的数学模型,根据相关规范要求设置约束条件及目标函数,选取某型船的主机舱,利用剩余空间分割法对该机舱设备的随机布置方式进行规划,运用粒子群算法进行优化求解,可有效提高船舶舱室的维修性设计水平,研究成果可为船舶舱室的布置提供参考。In view of the situation that the functional requirements of equipment are mainly considered while the maintainability is not fully considered in the process of ship cabin layout,a mathematical model of typical ship cabin layout problem for maintainability growth is established by analyzing the requirements of maintainability design and combining with the characteristics of ship cabin equipment layout firstly.Then,according to the requirements of relevant specifications,the constraint conditions and objective function are set.Finally,a certain type of ship engine room is selected and the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the solution by using the residual space partition method to plan the random layout of the engine room equipment,which improved the maintainability design level of the ship cabin.The research results could provide a reference for the layout of the ship cabin.
