溃疡性结肠炎应用美沙拉嗪联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊方案的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨溃疡性结肠炎应用美沙拉嗪联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊方案的效果。方法将我院2018年2月至2019年4月溃疡性结肠炎患者80例,随机分组,治疗组就诊患者采取美沙拉嗪治疗,对照组对患者采取美沙拉嗪联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗。比较两组溃疡性结肠炎疗效;恢复正常进食时间、影像学显示溃疡愈合时间;治疗前后患者肠黏膜屏障功能指标D-乳酸、ET以及T淋巴细胞CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+);药物不良作用。结果对照组组溃疡性结肠炎疗效高于治疗组,P <0.05。对照组恢复正常进食时间、影像学显示溃疡愈合时间短于治疗组,P <0.05。对照组肠D-乳酸、ET以及T淋巴细胞CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)均优于治疗组,P <0.05。两组的药物不良作用中,对照组出现2例皮疹,1例头痛和1例白细胞减少,1例恶心,治疗组1例皮疹,1例头痛和1例白细胞减少,无明显差异(P> 0.05)。结论美沙拉嗪联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗溃疡性结肠炎效果良好,相对于治疗组患者可加速溃疡愈合,改善免疫功能和强化黏膜保护作用,且安全性高,无严重不良反应。Objective To investigate the effect of mesalazine combined with bifidobacterium triple viable capsule on ulcerative colitis. Methods Eighty patients with ulcerative colitis in our hospital from February 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into groups. The patients in the treatment group were treated with mesalazine, and the patients in the control group were treated with mesalazine combined with bifidobacteria triple viable capsules. treatment. The efficacy of ulcerative colitis was compared between the two groups;normal eating time and imaging showed ulcer healing time;the intestinal mucosal barrier function indicators D-lactic acid, ET, and T lymphocytes CD_(4)^(+),CD_(8)^(+)and CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)before and after treatment;adverse drug effects. Results The curative effect of ulcerative colitis in the control group was higher than that in the treatment group, P<0.05. The control group returned to normal eating time and imaging studies showed that the ulcer healing time was shorter than that of the treatment group, P <0.05. In the control group, the intestinal mucosal barrier function indexes D-lactic acid, ET, and T lymphocytes CD_(4)^(+),CD_(8)^(+)and CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)were better than the treatment group, P <0.05. In the adverse effects of the two groups of drugs, 2 cases of rash occurred in the control group, 1 case of headache and 1 case of leukopenia, 1 case of nausea, 1 case of rash in the treatment group, 1 case of headache and 1 case of leukopenia, P >0.05. Conclusion Mesalazine combined with bifidobacterium triple viable capsule has a good effect in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Compared with the treatment group, it can accelerate ulcer healing, improve immune function and strengthen mucosal protection, with high safety and no serious adverse reactions.
