摘 要:起步辅助功能可以有效解决小排量发动机车辆起步时扭矩不足的问题,但同时引起较大的车内轰鸣声,导致车内乘客抱怨。采用短时傅里叶变换分析方法对该轰鸣声进行特征频率提取,并遵循振动噪声性能开发原则进行分析。研究结果表明,起步工况下发动机瞬态燃烧激励与排气尾管驻波频率发生耦合产生轰鸣声,并通过空气声传播路径进入车内。优化起步辅助功能的目标转速以及偏移排气尾管的驻波频率,可分别有效降低自动变速箱和手动变速箱车内后排轰鸣声5 dB(A),将主观评估结果提升至7.5。The launch assistant function can effectively solve the problem of insufficient engine torque of smalldisplacement engines under vehicle’s launch condition,but it will introduce large interior booming noise.In this paper,the short-time Fourier transform method is used to analyze the booming noise according to the noise and vibration performance development principle and extract the characteristic frequencies for the booming noise.The results show that the booming noise is induced by the engine combustion excitation coupled with the exhaust tailpipe standing wave frequency.Then,it is transmitted into vehicle’s cabin through airborne path.Optimizing the launch assistant target engine speed and shifting the tailpipe standing wave frequency can effectively reduce the internal booming noise of the rear seats for both auto and manual transmission vehicles by 5 dB(A)sound pressure level,and the corresponding subjective evaluation results are raised by 7.5.
