摘  要:将双自由度的斜支承包装系统作为研究对象,建模并求得系统在后峰锯齿波作用下的冲击动力学方程,采用四阶Runge-Kutta法对其作数值分析.将系统频率比、无量纲脉冲激励时间作为两个坐标轴,系统关键部件的动力学放大因子作为评价指标,获得三维冲击响应谱,探讨相关参量对其最大加速度的影响.结果显示:低频率比范围内,增大无量纲脉冲激励幅值使关键部件的最大加速度波动略有加剧,增大倾斜角度使关键部件的最大加速度显著增大,增大质量比可有效减小关键部件的最大加速度;关键部件的最大加速度受低频率比的影响较为显著.The tilted support spring system with double variance was taken as study object,the model of the tilted support spring system was obtained,the shock dynamic equation under final peak sawtooth pulse was solved and the fourth order Runge-Kutta was employed for numerical analysis.Taking the system frequency ratio and dimensionless pulse excitation time as the two coordinate axes and the dynamic amplification factor of the key components of the system as the evaluation index,the paper obtained the three-dimensional impact response spectrum and discussed the influence of relevant parameters on its maximum acceleration.The results show that in the range of low frequency ratio,increasing the dimensionless pulse excitation amplitude slightly intensifies the maximum acceleration fluctuation of key components,increasing the tilted angle significantly increases the maximum acceleration of key components,increasing the mass ratio can effectively reduce the maximum acceleration of key components and employing low frequency ratio significantly affects the maximum acceleration of key components.
