摘 要:新型技术创新算法是测量模型算法。圆锥滚子轴承长度测量的误差精准算法是该算法的依据。运用块规进行多方位测量。由单体低分辨率的轴承模型组合操作组成的多分辨轴承模型是圆锥滚子轴承技术测量模型的细化。初始化单体调研时重点考虑了操作者简化测量误差是圆锥滚子轴承模型精度的重要保证。生成轴承多菱形模型,需要将对点检测记载成圆锥滚子轴承模型菱形检测量和对点检测记载的数据库联接量。测量模型算法调整轴承模型分辨率的主要办法是可通过菱形片数和简化误差。圆锥滚子轴承技术测量实验结果证明了测量模型算法是非常有效的算法。The technology innovation algorithm is measurement model algorithm.The accuracy algorithm of tapered roller bearing length measurement is the basis of the algorithm,and the block gauge is used for multi-directional measurement.The multi-resolution bearing model composed of single low-resolution bearing model is the refinement of rolling bearing technology measurement model.The simplified measurement error of the operator is taken into account when initializing the unit sampling,which is an important guarantee for the accuracy of the bearing model.In order to generate the bearing multi-resolution model,the thinning operation needs to be decomposed into the geometric modification information of the bearing model and the relationship information between the thinning operations.The main way to adjust the resolution of bearing model by measuring model algorithm is to simplify the error and the number of rhombic slices.The experimental results of tapered roller bearing show that the measurement model algorithm is very effective.
