摘　　要：随着该单位精益生产的不断深入开展,生产准时化、自働化、减少七大浪费等精益思想不断深入到装备生产的各个环节。该文从QC活动开展的角度,分析了装备制造过程QC活动的现状及存在的问题,结合精益思想,探索了QC活动的改善措施和经过实践后的改善效果,指出了下一步改进方向。With the continuous in-depth development of lean production in company.JIT,automation and reducing seven wastes continues to penetrate into all links of equipment production.From the perspective of QC activities,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of QC activities in equipment manufacturing process,combined with lean thinking,explores the improvement measures of QC activities and the improvement effect after practice,and points out the next improvement direction.
