基于前后悬挂机具的农用拖拉机性能仿真分析

摘  要:利用高效、合理的手段分析农用大型轮式拖拉机的性能,对拖拉机前后悬挂机具作业具有重要的实践意义。以拖拉机前悬挂马铃薯杀秧机、后悬挂马铃薯收获机为例,定义拖拉机在农田工况下前后悬挂机具同时作业的性能评价指标,利用软件AVL-cruise对拖拉机动力性能和燃油经济性能进行仿真分析。结果表明,拖拉机从静止加速至6 km/h的起步加速时间为8.1 s,加速距离为8.3 m,低档位下表现出较好的燃油经济性能。田间实车试验验证了仿真模型的合理性及有效性,说明拖拉机前后悬挂机具进行田间作业能够很好地满足实际工作性能要求。It has great practical significance for the operation of the tractor with front and rear mounted machinery to analyze the performance of agricultural large-scale wheeled tractor by efficient and reasonable means.Taking the tractor with front-mounted potato seedling killer and rear-mounted potato harvester as example,the performance evaluation indexes of tractor with the front and rear mounted machinery working simultaneously under field conditions were defined,and the simulation analysis of the tractor power performance and fuel economy performance was carried out by the software AVL-cruise.The results showed that the starting acceleration time of the tractor from standstill to 6 km/h was 8.1 s,the acceleration distance was 8.3 m,and the fuel economy performance at low gear was better.The field experiments verified the rationality and effectiveness of the simulation model,indicating that the tractor with front and rear mounted machinery for fields operations could well meet the actual work performance requirements.
