摘 要:为了提高联合收割机收获效率,减少收割损失,对其拨禾轮进行设计及仿真研究。首先构建拨禾轮理论模型,然后进行设计计算,进而运用Solid Works 2020软件建立三维实体模型。在此基础上,基于ADAMS 2020软件对三维实体模型进行合理简化,并施加约束、运动副以及驱动,建立其虚拟样机模型。通过施加不同的驱动,对不同前进速度和圆周速度的拨禾轮进行运动学仿真实验与分析。结果表明所研究的拨禾轮拨禾速度比λ可以工作在(1,1.935)区间,其运动轨迹为次摆线,具有明显的拨禾作用,也降低了收割时谷物的损失。In order to improve the harvesting efficiency of combine harvesters and reduce the harvesting loss,the design and simulation study of its reel is carried out.Firstly,the theoretical model of the reel is constructed.Secondly,the design calculation is carried out and then the 3D solid models are established by SolidWorks 2020 software.On this basis,the 3D solid models are reasonably simplified based on ADAMS 2020 software;then constraints,kinematic pairs and drives are applied to establish its virtual prototype models.The kinematic simulation experiments and analysis are carried out by applying different drives to the reel with different forward and circumferential velocities.The results show that the speed ratioλof the studied reel can work in the interval(1,1.935),and its motion trajectory is hypocycloid,which has an obvious reel effect and reduces the loss of grain during harvesting.
