正太饭店建筑结构与经营缘起稽考

摘　　要：正太饭店是石家庄一座拥有百余年历史的西式建筑,2008年被列为河北省文物保护单位。起初正太饭店是南、东、北三楼融为一体的凹字型结构建筑,其修建者是一个未解之谜。20世纪20年代初,石家庄作为晋冀咽喉的枢纽城市,开办高档酒店正太饭店,这与山西督军阎锡山推行新政存在一定关联性。正太饭店在经营策略上,采取了高品质定位,以优取胜,造就了地方餐饮旅店行业的名牌。30年代正太饭店南楼向西扩建延伸,北楼北侧扩建了二层半圆阳台等。1949年新中国成立后,将原凹字型建筑逐步扩建为日字型建筑群,并将主体二层增高为三层。将此建筑群笼统地称为民国建筑,并不属实。Zhengtai Hotel is a Western-style building with a history of more than 100 years in Shijiazhuang.It was listed as a cultural relics protection unit in Hebei Province in 2008.In the beginning,the Zhengtai Hotel is a concave-shaped structure with three buildings in the south,east and north.Its builder is an unsolved mystery.In the early 1920s,Shijiazhuang,as the hub city of the throat of the Shanxi and Hebei Provinces,opened the upscale hotel Zhengtai Hotel,which is related to the implementation of the New Deal by Shanxi Governor Yan Xishan.In terms of business strategy,Zhengtai Hotel has adopted a high-quality positioning to win with excellence,creating a famous brand in the local catering and hotel industry.In the 1930s,the south building of Zhengtai Hotel is expanded to the west,and the north side of the north building was expanded with a two-story semicircular balcony.After the founding of New China in 1949,the original concave-shaped building is gradually expanded into a Japanese-shaped building group,and the two-story building is increased to three-story building.It is not true to call this complex of buildings in general terms as the buildings of the Republic of China.
