疫情防控背景下高校青年教师理想信念教育再认识

摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情防控中,我国建立了医护防线、社会防线和精神防线三条“防线”,其中举国上下团结一心、众志成城构筑的牢固精神防线是贯穿其中且是我们能够抗疫取胜的根本保障,疫情防控过程中展现的举国同心的精神力量与高校理想信念教育高度契合,抗疫过程中的鲜活案例能够为理想信念教育的实施提供现实素材。高校教师尤其是青年教师是理想信念教育的重要主体,在疫情防控背景下,要使大学生坚定共产主义远大理想和中国特色社会主义共同理想,必须充分发挥制度优越性,进一步提高青年教师的政治理论素养,坚定其理想信念。During the epidemic prevention and control,China has established three“defense lines”of medical care defense line,social defense line and spiritual defense line.The strong spiritual defense line built by the whole nation and unity of strength is the basic guarantee for our ability to fight the epidemic.The anti epidemic spirit in the process of epidemic prevention and control is highly consistent with the ideal and belief education in colleges and universities.The fresh cases in the process of epidemic prevention and control can provide practical materials for the implementation of ideal and belief education.College teachers,especially young teachers are the main body of ideal and belief education.In the context of epidemic prevention and control,in order to make college students firm the lofty ideal of communism and the common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics,we must give full play to the advantages of the system,further improve the political and theoretical literacy of young teachers and strengthen their ideals and beliefs.
