摘 要:为了促进高职思政课更好地贯彻落实教学主导性与主体性相统一原则,在实证调查的基础上,收集整理了当前高职思政课教师对思政课教学主导性与主体性相统一的认知状况、实践情况、遭遇的瓶颈、改进的意见。结果显示,对思政课教学主导性与主体性认知的差异和对学生学习特点、学习规律掌握不够,是影响二者相统一的最大障碍。加强思政课学情的分析与研究、深化思政课教学供给侧结构改革、优化思政课教师队伍建设,是促进和实现二者相统一的重点与关键。In the new era,the teaching reform of ideological and political course in higher vocational colleges must implement the unity of dominance and subjectivity.Through empirical investigation,this paper collected and sorted out the current higher vocational ideological and political course teachers’cognition,practice,bottleneck and improvement opinions on the unity of ideological and political course teaching dominance and subjectivity.The results show that the biggest obstacle to the unity of ideological and political teaching is the difference in the cognition of dominance and subjectivity and the insufficient mastery of students’learning characteristics and learning rules.Paying attention to the analysis and research of the learning situation of ideological and political course,deepening the reform of the supply side structure of ideological and political course teaching,and optimizing the construction of ideological and political course teachers are the key points and keys to promote and realize the unity of the two.
