摘 要:目的:体外比较三种根管封闭剂的根尖封闭性能及粘接性能,为临床操作选择适宜的根管封闭剂提供参考依据。方法:选取人单根前磨牙72颗,随机分为三个实验组(每组20颗)和一个对照组(12颗)。实验组分别用氧化锌丁香油封闭剂(ZOE组)、AH Plus封闭剂(AH Plus组)、iRoot SP封闭剂(iRoot SP组)配合大锥度牙胶尖行单尖法充填;对照组只用大锥度牙胶尖行单尖法充填。从实验组各选取10颗,对照组选取6颗,采用染色法测定根尖微渗漏长度,比较不同根管封闭剂的根尖封闭性能;将剩余的实验组(各10颗)及对照组(6颗)制作成薄片试件,使用万能材料试验机进行薄片推出实验,记录根管填充物从根管中被推出时的粘接力,比较不同根管封闭剂的粘接性能。结果:AH Plus组和iRoot SP组的根尖微渗漏长度小于对照组和ZOE组;不同组的根管填充物从根管中被推出的粘接力差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),AH Plus组的根管填充物从根管中被推出的粘接力最大。结论:AH Plus封闭剂和iRoot SP封闭剂的根尖封闭性能优于氧化锌丁香油封闭剂,AH Plus根管封闭剂的粘接性能最佳。Objective In vitro comparison of the apical sealing ability and adhesive performance of three kinds of root canal sealers provided a reference for the selection of appropriate root canal sealers for clinical operation. Methods Seventy-two single premolars were randomly divided into three experimental groups(20 teeth each) and a control group(12 teeth each). In the experimental group, Zinc oxide clove oil sealer(ZOE group), AH Plus sealer(AH Plus group), and i-Root SP sealer(i-Root SP group) were used for single-tip filling with large taper gum tips, The control group only operated single tip filling without sealer. Ten samples were selected from each experimental group, six samples were selected from the control group, The length of root tip micro-leakage was measured by staining method to compare the sealing ability of different root canal sealers. The remaining samples of the experimental group(10 samples each) and the control group(6 samples) were made into thin slices,The universal material testing machine was used to push out the thin section. The adhesive force of root canal fillers were recorded when they were pushed out from the root canal to compare the adhesive performance of different root canal sealers.Results The length of root tip micro-leakage in AH Plus group and i-Root SP group was smaller than that in control group and ZOE group. There were statistically significant differences in the adhesion of root canal fillers from different groups(P<0.05).The AH Plus group had the greatest adhesion force when the root canal filler was pushed out of the root canal. Conclusion The root tip sealing ability of AH Plus and i-Root SP sealers were better than that of Zinc clove oil sealer. AH Plus root canal sealer has the best adhesive performance.
