建立高校辅导员工作评价体系的困难与策略研究

摘　　要：高校辅导员工作具有内容极为宽泛的特征,这一特征决定了工作衡量标准的模糊和不确定。对高校辅导员工作评价,应该从评价主体、评价内容、评价等级三个方面进行探讨。高校辅导员工作评价的主体应当是多元的,但是评价主体与评价内容要具有对应性;辅导员工作的评价内容应当按照职责要求并与评价主体关联;辅导员工作评价等级的划分应当与辅导员的职业理想对应。The work of college counselors has the characteristics of very broad content,which determines the ambiguity and uncertainty of the work measurement standard.The evaluation of college counselors'work should be discussed from three aspects:evaluation subject,evaluation content and evaluation grade.The subjects of the evaluation of college counselors'work should be multiple,but the evaluation subjects and the evaluation content should be corresponding.The evaluation content of the counselor's work should be in accordance with the duty requirements and related to the evaluation subject.The classification of counselors'work evaluation grade should correspond to counselors'career ideals.
