摘　　要：分析博士后制度不同阶段的特点,从学术职业的视角剖析博士后制度发展面临的困境,可从制度、组织及文化3个方面对博士后制度进行优化。This thesis analyzes the characteristics of different stages of the postdoctoral system and the difficulties faced by the development of the postdoctoral system from the perspective of academic career.The postdoctoral system can be optimized from three aspects:system,organization and culture.
