摘 要:根据振动理论、瞬态有限元-边界元理论,提出一种利用钢轨振动响应数据对钢轨断裂缺陷进行分析检测的方法。通过建立无砟轨道振动分析动力学模型,研究在节点周期荷载激振下,轨道在钢轨全断裂,钢轨截面50%断裂等缺陷条件下的振动加速度规律特征。结果表明:在不同轨道缺陷条件下,钢轨在2个检测点的振动响应加速度变化特征明显,且能够提取不同轨道缺陷对应的特征规律,多组仿真实验结果误差均在5%以内。本方法是无源检测,方法简单可靠,能够有效地提高轨道检测工作效率,减少线路维护的时间。研究结果可为基于动力学响应的轨道缺陷检测工程技术提供借鉴和利用。The paper proposed a new method to analyze the defects of the rail itself by using the rail vibration response data.According to vibration theory and transient finite element-boundary element theory,the dynamic model of non-ballast track vibration analysis was established.Under cyclic load excitation,the characteristics of the vibration acceleration of the track under the conditions of complete rail fracture,50%rail section fracture were studied.The results show that under different track defect conditions,the vibration response acceleration characteristics of the rail at the two inspection points are obvious.The characteristic laws corresponding to different track defects can be extracted.The errors of multiple sets of simulation experiment results are all within 5%.The method is passive detection,which has the advantages of simplicity and reliability,and can effectively improve the efficiency of track detection and reduce the time for line maintenance.The result can provide reference and use for track defect detection engineering technology based on vibration response.
